The Mississippi Athletic Trainers’ Association (MATA) is excited to offer members the opportunity to connect with a community that aligns with their professional practice area and interests. These communities provide a valuable forum to stay informed on issues impacting your specific setting, share ideas and concerns, collaborate with colleagues, and help shape the future of athletic training in Mississippi.

By opting into a community, you can become more engaged in the topics that matter most to you while strengthening your professional network across the state. Whether your focus is secondary school, collegiate, clinical, industrial, emerging settings, education, or another area of practice, your voice and participation are important.

To join a community, simply complete the Google Form. Once enrolled, your community chair will be able to communicate directly with you regarding relevant updates, initiatives, discussions, and opportunities for involvement.
